Attendance
According to Minnesota State law, children must attend school regularly. If your child will be late or out for the day due to illness, vacation, or any other reason, call your child’s school’s attendance office as soon as possible. Attendance hotline and Skyward Online Access is available 24 hours a day.
Attendance Reporting
OFFICE: Available between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4 p.m.
- Call the MME Attendance Desk at 952-401-5155.
- State the child’s name, teacher, and reason for tardy or absence
- Please include length of absence if known.
SKYWARD: Available Anytime
Families can submit attendance requests online through Skyward Family Access
- Begin at our District Home page: www.minnetonkaschools.org
- To login, click My SSO and use your email address on record with the District and the password you set when you claimed your parent account
- Your parent application dashboard will appear after you login; click on Skyward
- On the left side of your Skyward Parent Access window, you will see a list of tabs; click Attendance

Late Arrival
- It is very important that if your child arrives late to school that he or she go to the office to check in and receive a pass.
Visitors
- Please always check in at the office if you are visiting school.
