By hosting a benefit dinner, silent auction, musical telegrams, dress up days, a trivia night and more, Minnetonka High School Student Government supported Family Friends. “The organization not only provides financial support to Minnetonka students and families in need, but also accompanies them and empowers them as they navigate challenges of everyday life,” said Rebecca Johnson, Student Government advisor.
Clair has been involved in research since sixth grade, where he worked with a peer on a project to detect microplastics in local lake water. His Minnetonka Research project during his junior year allowed him to follow his curiosity around chemistry and water treatment.
Minnetonka Schools has announced the award honorees for the 2025 Celebration of Excellence awards, an annual districtwide awards program that honors several outstanding teachers, staff and community volunteers. This year’s event is Thursday, May 15 from 6-8:30PM at the Arts Center at Minnetonka High School.
