We can’t say enough about our volunteers at Clear Springs! All your work makes our school a better place for our children. Whether you have an hour to give or much more, we would love to have your help.
- Bid and Bowl Committees: Are you interested in helping out with our spring fundraiser? Our annual "Bid and Bowl Parent Party" is a fun parent’s night out on Friday, May 9, and it takes a community to make it happen. We would love your help. If you would like to join one of the committees click this link to join the email list!
- Art Room Helper: If you are interested in volunteering in the art room, check out the sign up genius for more details and to sign up!
- Media Center: If you are interested in volunteering in the media center at any time throughout the year, please send the Media Center an email at cse.media@minnetonkaschools.org.
- Volunteers are always needed for special events throughout the year! See the Event Calendar page for dates and times. Refer to Mr. Carpenter's weekly newsletter for Sign Up Genius links or join the Clear Springs Parents Facebook Page to stay up to date!
To ensure the safety of our students, we require background checks on the following:
- Any volunteer who accompanies students off campus (i.e., chaperones for field trips).

Any volunteer who is responsible for working with students on campus, but not under the supervision of a licensed teacher.
