As Minnetonka Community Education’s (MCE) Marketing Specialist, Louise has a key role in the planning, production, promotion, graphic design and strategic marketing for community ed. Her work includes storytelling, social media, photography/video, surveys, website, seasonal catalogs and other publications. Louise works closely with community education’s various departments to market programs and promote the mission of providing lifelong learning opportunities for all ages.

Prior to this role, Louise began her career with Mankato Public Schools as an elementary school educator. In 2013, she joined the Minnetonka School district as a Youth Enrichment Program Manager with Community Education, in which she developed, planned, organized and supervised high-quality, district-wide youth enrichment programming. In 2021, she transitioned into her role as a Marketing Specialist.

Louise has a bachelor’s degree in Education from Minnesota State University Mankato and is a Certified Program Planner (CPP) through LERN. She currently serves as a building representative for our district Staff Wellness Committee.

Louise lives in Minneapolis and enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter exploring the many trails and lakes around Minneapolis.
