Class of 1964 Scholarship
The Class of 1964 is “Forever”
The Minnetonka High School Class of 1964 Scholarship was established in 2019 and we award a scholarship annually to a Minnetonka graduating senior. This year our class will award a $2,000 scholarship, our largest so far. Our fund balance stands at over $45,150, and since we have now reached the Endowed Level, our scholarships will continue FOREVER. Now our goal is to increase these awards in size and/or in number!
We are proud to announce the recipient of this year’s Class of 1964 Scholarship
Skyla Lee is a second-generation college bound student. She has been highly involved in many clubs at MHS including Women of Color, Anime Club, ASL, and has been a Cultural Fair Participant. She will be attending the University of Minnesota this fall. Skyla received our largest award thus far in the amount of $2,000. The criteria for our award are: a GPA of 3.5 or better, plans to attend a post-secondary school, and financial need.
