The end of the year marks an important time for educators with focus on delivering remaining lesson plans, evaluating student progress and final projects, executing testing, and celebrating student success. We invite you to put some much needed WIND in the SAILS of our Minnetonka Skipper educators by investing in the Tonka Gram program.

Community members may purchase a single or three pack of Tonka Gram anchors and designate the recipient(s). The Minnetonka Public Schools Foundation will place the anchors at the entrance of the educator’s school building beginning May 4 as a sign of your support for the work that remains to close out the school year. We will also deliver a custom note to each recipient, so they know who recognized them.

Q: If I purchase multiple anchors, can they be designated for individual teachers at more than one school?

A: While Tonka Grams are limited to one educator per anchor, we are happy to deliver anchors and messages to multiple buildings.

Q: If I have an administrator or staff member I want to recognize, can they be included?

A: ABSOLUTELY. Everyone in the District plays an important role in the education of students.

Q: What if I want to purchase anchors after April 30?

A: Pending available supply, we will continue to process orders and deliver anchors to school buildings from May 4 - May 7 (the final day anchors will be posted at schools).
