Nikki Koestler is a dedicated Program Manager at Minnetonka Community Education, where she has worked since May 2021. Nikki is unique to MCE as she started as the Summer Recreation Intern in 2021. After completing her internship, she was then hired on full time as the Youth Program Supervisor, where she became a Certified Program Planner through LERN and now most recently, promoted to Program Manager in May of 2022. With a passion for improving quality of life for all ages through recreational activities, Nikki has quickly become an integral part of the Minnetonka community.

Nikki earned her bachelor’s degree in Recreation, Parks, and Leisure Services from Minnesota State University, Mankato, where she honed her skills in program planning, management, and implementation. With her degree and experience, Nikki has been able to create and oversee a wide range of engaging and enriching programs for the youth of Minnetonka. In addition to managing recreational programs, Nikki also works closely with Explorers both behind the scenes and hands-on at sites. Outside of work, Nikki and her husband enjoy traveling, cuddling with their kitties, and spending time outdoors.

Overall, Nikki is committed to making a positive impact on the lives of the children and families she serves. Her energy, enthusiasm, and commitment to excellence make her a valuable asset to the Minnetonka community and a true leader in her field.
