Carrie Lescarbeau

Carrie Lescarbeau is the Explorers Program Manager for Staff Development at Minnetonka Community Education. With over 10 years of experience in community education and program management, she is excited to contribute her experience to the programming and staff within the K-5 Explorers program.

Carrie holds a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Minnesota State University, Mankato. Most recently, she served as a Director at a private school. Before that, Carrie worked with Edina Public Schools as a full-time ECFE paraprofessional and gained experience in Community Education programs, including before- and after-school care, non-school day programs and summer care, with Bloomington and Farmington Public Schools.

Through her degree and experience, Carrie has developed a passion for improving quality of care through choice-based activities at the school-age level. Carrie is eager to bring fresh energy, engaging activities and quality training to the Explorers Program staff members, students and families. Outside of work, Carrie enjoys cabin trips to Lake Vermillion, attending hockey and football practices & games for her son, cooking, and fitness. 

Carrie looks forward to connecting and collaborating with the staff and families in the Minnetonka Community!
