Alex Fairfield-Johnson
Alex is responsible for various recreation programs including archery, basketball, the BWCA trip, climbing, cheerleading, dodgeball, More Than Pink and Quest. He serves as the co-chair for the Youth Development Council and helps plan and execute the Dodgeball Tournament and Rake-a-Thon.
Alex received his bachelor’s degree in Sport Management as well as a master’s degree in Youth Development Leadership at the University of Minnesota. During that time, he had the privilege of working for the Minnesota Timberwolves, Minnesota Lynx, Minnesota United and Gopher Event Management. During Gopher football season, he served as the visiting team liaison, making sure teams had a positive experience while at the stadium. Alex has worked in various school-age and recreation settings and has nine years of work experience with youth.
In his free time, Alex enjoys traveling internationally, spending time outdoors, hanging out with friends, watching/playing sports, and experiencing new experiences. He is ecstatic to be a part of the Minnetonka community and looks forward to being a resource for anyone in need of help.
