We Are Minnetonka Community Education

MEET OLYA & KERIM

Kerim attends Minnetonka Preschool while his mom, Olya, takes English classes at MCE. Kerim has been part of the Minnetonka Preschool program for two years.

His mom, Olya, shares, “He has attentive and caring teachers. He learned to work in a group and became more confident in himself.”

MEET AVERY

Avery, an MHS senior, has been an active participant in YDC for the past three years.

Avery shared, “I joined YDC because it gives me opportunities—big or small—to help out my community. It feels great to know I can have a positive impact on those around me.”

MEET LIAM

Liam, a 4th grader at Excelsior Elementary, participated in Annie Kids this past fall. He enjoyed meeting a new group of friends through the play.

His favorite part was watching everyone work hard on their individual roles during practice and then seeing it all come together in the big performance for family, friends, and teachers!

MEET THE AMBRODAY FAMILY

The Ambroday family has participated in a variety of Minnetonka Community Education programs.

"Our family likes that our children get to experience a variety of high quality enrichment activities right after school without the need for parents to transport them to another location. There are many opportunities to try new classes and to have new experiences."

MEET THE BRANAND FAMILY

The Branands are volunteers and active participants in many of our Community Ed programs. Bradley has participated in volleyball, and both Bradley and Sydney have taken part in Tonka Rec Basketball.

We are grateful to families like the Branands, whose commitment and enthusiasm help make our events and programs a success!
