Congratulations to Excelsior Elementary and Groveland Elementary! They received the Sun Newspaper's 2019 Readers' Choice Award for Best Public School in Excelsior and Best Public School in Wayzata, respectively!

Congratulations are in order, too, for Kimberly Olsen, who readers named Best Teacher in Excelsior and for now retired Groveland Principal Dave Parker. He received the 2019 Readers' Choice Award for Best Principal in Wayzata.

Minnetonka High School's production of George Bernard Shaw's Pygmalion won top honors at the Minnesota State High School League's 2019 One Act competition for theater on Friday, February 11, 2019 at The O'Shaughnessy. This is the fourth straight year Minnetonka Theatre has been bestowed the State's highest honor.
