Celebration of Excellence Logo

Join us for a special 2021 Minnetonka Schools Celebration of Excellence awards program, honoring several of the District’s outstanding staff, teachers and community volunteers. The event, which will be livestreamed for the public, will take place at 7 p.m. on Thursday, May 13.

The program will include the ‘live’ presentation of awards, recorded interviews and feature videos of award honorees. It will be hosted by Superintendent Dr. Dennis Peterson. Those honored during the evening include:

Please note: Due to COVID-19 spacing restrictions, we are not able to invite the public at large to the ‘live’ event. If spacing restrictions lighten or are lifted by the state, we will reconsider.

Regardless, the event will be livestreamed for all to watch ‘live’ the evening of the event. We will share the link for that as we get closer to the event.

Celebrating Administrative Office Professionals 2024

From April 22-26, Minnetonka Schools is celebrating Administrative Office Professionals Appreciation Week. We invite our community to join us in thanking our administrative office professionals for the many ways, big and small, that they contribute to creating welcoming, encouraging and supportive environments in our schools.

Dream Makers Event Raises More than $313k for Minnetonka Schools

Earlier this year, the Minnetonka Public Schools Foundation hosted its most successful Dream Makers fundraising gala yet! The February event was sold out weeks in advance and $313,571 dollars were raised–the proceeds of which will go toward funding grants for teachers and programs at Minnetonka Schools. 

Celebrating Explorers Staff 2024

At Minnetonka Schools, the Explorers program supports students and their families every day with care before and after school. Our outstanding Explorers staff create an engaging environment where students are able to develop socially, emotionally, physically and intellectually.

Minnetonka Theatre Presents THE RINK

The students of Minnetonka Theatre are lacing up their skates this spring in preparation for Kander and Ebb’s musical masterpiece The Rink. The show runs from April 27 through May 12.
