Notice is hereby given by the School Board of Independent School District No. 276 located at Minnetonka, Minnesota, that it will receive lump sum sealed bids for the purchase of the District's Outdated Computing Devices (iPads).

Bids are due June 8, 2018, 10:00 AM, at the District Service Center, 5621 County Road 101, Minnetonka, MN at which time and place all bids will be opened publicly and read aloud. Bids received after this time will be returned unopened.

Proposals will be accepted for the entire lot of computing devices only. The District reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities in bidding.

All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope at the place and time indicated above. They shall be plainly marked as follows:

BID FOR MINNETONKA PUBLIC SCHOOLS COMPUTING DEVICE INVENTORY

and shall be addressed to Coordinator of Purchasing, Minnetonka Public Schools, 5621 County Road 101, Minnetonka, Minnesota 55345.

Outline proposal(s) with a price per model and provide a realistic deduction schedule for items in the bid, based on condition and presence or lack thereof of accompanying accessories, i.e. charging cable, charging brick, etc. Accessory count, device counts, device type and device condition will be included in the list of assets available by request. In the case of computing devices considered by the winning respondent as "parts only" or "to be recycled," the RFB must outline data destruction guarantee and detail for devices.

Computing devices are in the condition specified in inventory. Some are in excellent condition, and some are to be considered 'parts' units, having been repaired or still requiring repair. Estimates of each category are available by request. Potential buyers can arrange to inspect equipment prior to submitting their bid. Bid proposals will be evaluated on the strength of terms in the bid contract and should specify a bid for the entire lot, to include a bid amount for the entire lot independent of a post bid inspection. Shipping and handling is the responsibility of the successful bidder. Please include information and requirements specific to packaging and shipping.

Proposals will be reviewed at 10:00 AM June 8, 2018 and awarded June 12, 2018. Hardware will be available for pickup June 22, 2018. Full payment is due before the pick up or shipment of hardware.
