The 2020 AD Summer Institute for Leadership event scheduled for Monday June 15, 2020 has been cancelled due to the uncertainty we are facing and the logistics involved.

Save the date for 2021!

Tentatively scheduled for Monday June 14th 2021. More information coming soon.

2019 AD Summer Institute for Leadership

Last year's event was held Monday, June 17, 2019 at Minnetonka High School. The focus of the 2019 Institute was Leadership from Varying Professional Fields (professional and college sports). Each of our four featured speakers had the opportunity to share about their leadership style, core values, conflict resolution and overall decision making. Each session ended with Q & A session.

The AD Summer Institute for Leadership is endorsed by the Minnesota State High School League (MSHSL) and Minnesota Interscholastic Athletic Administrators Association (MNIAAA). Attendees are provided with continuing education requirements and college credit opportunities.
