Third Grade District Choir
Third Grade Choir: The Tonka Third Grade District Choirs include third grade boys and girls from each of the six elementary schools in the Minnetonka School District. There are two third grade choirs for families to consider. Each rehearses at a different location and on a different day to provide families an option that best fits their schedule. Each choir meets once a week for one hour, from October through May, when school is in session. Both Choirs will perform in a Winter Concert (Feb. 3, 2026) at Excelsior Elementary Auditorium and a Spring Concert (May 13, 2026) at the Minnetonka High School Arts Center.
2025-2026 REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN!
Spread the word. Invite your friends to join, too! We're excited to start singing in October!

Attendance Policy
Please mark your calendars to make sure your student is in attendance for all rehearsals. In case of illness or other unavoidable conflict, please notify your child’s director and assistant to the director via email. Every rehearsal is important!
Communications
Communication from the directors will arrive through email. We will create an email distribution list to send out direct messages and news. We will always use the blind copy option to keep information private. Be sure to check your junk box and add our emails to your address book.
Parent Volunteers
There will be times during the year that we will need parent help. Notifications of volunteer opportunities will be sent out through email after your student has been registered.
