Tonka Serves
One of Minnetonka Public Schools' goals is to inspire students to understand and serve the greater good.
Connect with Service Opportunities
Many non-profit organizations in our community depend upon volunteers and service projects for their operation. Minnetonka parents, students and staff can explore the “Search By Area of Need” section on the right. Here you will find area non-profit volunteer pages listed by interest area (e.g. Animals). Search here for those that welcome individuals and groups of youth volunteers and get great ideas for projects and events.
MHS students receive regular volunteer postings in their class Schoology page. Minnetonka parents, students and staff can join the Tonka Serves Schoology site. Do this by logging into Schoology, click on Groups, Join and enter code 4BKFD-7QB38. Parents can set their permissions to receive emails. Volunteer opportunities will also be shared regularly through Principal newsletters and PTO/PTA communications.
You can also visit the links below to access great current volunteer opportunities based on age.
Plan to Volunteer This Fall
Tonka Serves partners with more than 30 area non-profit and community organizations to provide you with opportunities to serve, grow, and make a difference.
