Yearbook

Yearbooks will be available via Treering (an online site) for $20. Purchase your yearbook by September 30 and save 15% (yearbook purchase deadline not until spring, but if you buy early you save 15%).

New Families

  • Go to the following link to create an account with TreeRing
  • Use Minnewashta school passcode: 1013832190201812
  • When you create your account, be sure to sign up as a parent with all of your info. Once you setup your account, add each of your students.
  • Select their teacher from the drop down menu.
  • RSK: please list your RSK student’s grade as PRE-K in Treering. That way their profile will be setup correctly as they go to the next grade each year.
  • Click on Minnewashta Elementary (top of left menu) to purchase yearbook for current year. Each child will be listed on the page separately. Order a book under each child. This will add it to your cart & then you’ll be able to pay for them all together at the end.

Returning Families

For those who have purchased before:

  • Log into your TreeRing account
  • Click on Settings icon (wheel cog on left menu). Select Kids menu and please update your student info to make sure it includes correct grade and teacher (choose teacher from drop down menu) for current school year.
  • Add any new students to your account by clicking on Settings icon (wheel cog on left menu). Select Kids menu.
  • Click on Add Kid (upper right side of screen). Add in their student info to make sure it includes First & Last name, school, grade and teacher (choose teacher from drop down menu) for current school year.
  • Click on Minnewashta Elementary (top of left menu) to purchase yearbook for current year. Each child will be listed on the page separately. Order a book under each child. This will add it to your cart & then you’ll be able to pay for them all together at the end.

All Families

We would love to include pictures of your student with their friends in the book. PLEASE UPLOAD YOUR PHOTOS FROM CLASSROOM PARTIES/EVENTS TO TREERING! We can't create this great keepsake without your photos.

  • Log into TreeRing
  • Click on Minnewashta Elementary
  • Click on Shared Photos
  • Click on Shared Folders.
  • Click on the folder assigned to your classroom or school event, and upload photos!

You also have the option to upload photos for your own personal use on custom pages. These are not shared with everyone.

  • Click on My Photos from the left menu
  • Click on My Folders. This will display all of the photos from over the years and you can select what you’d like to use.
  • Create a new folder or use a premade folder to store all of your photos in for the year.
