Virtually every post-secondary application will require an official copy of your high school transcript. Your transcript includes:

• Your classes
• Semester grades
• Cumulative weighted grade point average

If your student requires a certified transcript for ID purposes (permit/license renewal/passport, etc.) you may send a request via email to Michele Johnson (michele.johnson@minnetonkaschools.org) or have your student stop by the College & Career Center to obtain one. 

Alumni (anyone who graduated prior to 2023): you will need to complete the form on the right (Alumni Transcript Request) as those are processed at the District Office, not at MHS. Allow enough time for processing - at least one week. You can call 952-401-5000 with questions.
