Registration is OPEN for MHS Winter Activities!

Activities and Participation Fee payments can be made within your registration and family log-in pages. There are two fees that need to be paid:

1. Activity Fees: This fee varies per Athletic Sport and per Club & Enrichment and helps cover the cost of uniforms and equipment or supplies.
2. Annual Participation Fee: This $75 fee is paid one time per school, per student, and helps cover various operational costs.

If you prefer to pay by check or cash, you must pay at the Bursar window located in the MHS student union.

Scholarships are available. Please complete a Scholarship Request Form at https://1976a.cf.wordwareinc.com/p=2616

If you are a transfer student, you are unable to register online until you fill out the Student Transfer Form. You will receive an email from Activities Director Ted Schultz when you are able to register. All other students can register at https://1976a.cf.wordwareinc.com/.

Sports Physical:

The MSHSL and MHS requires all athletes have a current sports qualifying physical exam on file with the Activities Office. Sport physicals are good for three years from date of your last physical, and must remain current throughout the entire sport season.
