Our Health program covers a wide range of topics and issues facing students today. You will learn about making healthy choices, whether it be in the foods you eat, ways you respond to challenging or stressful situations, within interpersonal relationships, or as you begin the transition into the workplace or college.
- The overall focus of the program is to promote health and wellness for individuals as well as within the community, by providing instruction at critical times and by forming open partnerships with parents.
- Mental Health: self-assessment, problem-solving, chemical-free living
- Physical Health: nutrition, interpersonal relationships and sexual health, lifestyle disease prevention
- Social Health: promoting community health, staying healthy in the workplace, adult CPR
