Chris Fasnacht, the Pitching Coach for Minnetonka High School's baseball team, was recently awarded the NHSBCA "2018 National Assistant Baseball Coach of the Year." The selection for this award is very competitive, and represents all high school baseball programs in the United States. Coach Fasnacht will receive this award at the NHSBCA National convention in St. Louis, Missouri on Saturday, December 1 at the Coach of the Year Honors Banquet.
In 2007, the District became a certifying agent for the United States President's Volunteer Service Award (PVSA) program. This program is designed to thank Americans who, by demonstrating their commitment, inspire others to serve.
